Your out of pocket expense depends on type of insurance, deductible, co-pays and other factors. Depending on your insurance plan, your out of pocket cost may vary anywhere from 0 dollars to 300 dollars. Please verify with your insurance company prior to your visit if you have any questions.
Cancellation Policy
By using this website to book an appointment you agree that you will be responsible for a no show charge of 75 dollars if you do now show up at your appointment time. You agree that if you do not have health insurance, you will be responsible for making all payments at the time of service. Most office visits cost between 250-300 dollars if you are paying out of pocket. You agree that if you have health insurance, you may still be responsible for paying some or all of the fees depending on your health insurance plan, co-insurance, co-payment and deductible plan
